More and more often we can meet with the statement that Polish capital is disappearing. Domestic companies are sold to foreign entities or they completely collapse (e.g. due to the economic crisis or an epidemic raging in the country).

Opponents of this practice call for a "fight" for what is inherently associated with the Polish soil. However ... are we rightly concerned about what is ours? Is there anything to fight for? It turns out that we have an impressive list of companies that can boast of 100% equity, i.e. Polish.

Let's take a closer look at our key food industry.

Vegetables and fruits

The large number of domestic plants producing or processing fruit and vegetables indicates that we are a nation that values healthy food. Our economy distributes these raw materials not only to the domestic market, but also to the European one. This is exactly the case with companies such as Amplus. The company can boast of a wide range of high-quality solutions, e.g. Coolwrap cabbage. This vegetable is produced exclusively for the Amplus company and they are its only distributors. As you can see in this simple example, the Polish vegetable market is in good shape (and not only because of one cabbage).

What about our regional processing? Many domestic plants process vegetables and fruit into various "delicacies". And so, for example, Agro-Wodzisław boasts a wide offer for vegetarians. We are talking about sophisticated products such as vegetarian burgers or vegetarian pate. The plant in Wodzisław Śląski also produces delicious meat dishes in jars. Dawtona has also been involved in similar activities for over 25 years. The results of their work are concentrates, purees, sterilized vegetables or even soups. Another company - Cykoria - transforms the crops of the land into aromatic droughts. When you feel like having a vegetable salad, Dega, a company operating on the market since 1992, comes to the rescue. It is impossible to list all Polish companies in this industry.

Water

Another natural product worth mentioning is water. One of its leading distributors is Cisowianka, which has been on the market since 1979. The new products of the said company are gaining more and more fame, also abroad. Piwniczanka, which has been operating since 1968, should be praised for its long experience in this industry. Hermes, operating since 1992, boasts a high clarity of spring water. It is also worth mentioning the equally well-known companies: Jurajska, Kryniczanka, Magne Vita and Muszynianka. As you can see, the Polish drinking water sector is also doing quite well.

Milk and dairy products

Here, too, the Polish market has a lot to offer. Domestic companies flood us with various dairy products. One of the most famous companies - Bakoma - offers yoghurts, creams, cheese, desserts, kefirs and even bars. Mlekovita also has considerable capital. This group currently has as many as 14 plants producing, among others, cheese, milk, butter, cottage cheese and delicious ice cream. Finally, it is worth mentioning the tycoon on the ripening cheese market - the Polmlek company.

Support what is Polish!

There are still many companies on the Polish market that we have not mentioned, and which support numerous branches of the food industry. It would be a daunting task to list them all. As you can see, we should not complain about the lack of Polish capital in domestic companies. However, personal support must be provided for the familiar to continue. Let us remember that, as Poles, we have a patriotic duty to use the crops of our land!
