  • ½ tablespoon of chopped or squeezed ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • A spoonful of honey
  • 1 yolk
  • A couple of spoons of sugar

Gently heat the beer in a pot, then add spices to it. It is important not to let it boil. Meanwhile, in the second dish, beat the yolk and sugar. Once we have beaten egg yolk, pour it into warm beer. Now all you have to do is add honey. Note - honey loses its valuable properties at temperatures higher than 50 degrees.
